3. Return & Refund Policy – Oniverce

Overview:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or makeup products

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Email us within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will offer either a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of product inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email returns@oniverce.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Await instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • Pack securely and send to the address provided.
