1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within Bangladesh.
We deliver to all major cities and most rural areas across the country through our trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with delivery details.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ৳2000.
4. Delivery Method
We work with reliable local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.
Our delivery partners may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure your mobile number and address are accurate at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's tracking portal.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.
6. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order (due to an incorrect address, no response, etc.), they will usually attempt one more delivery. If still unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
